Payments, billing and receipts

Sign in to the account used for the purchase and open Billing. Check the product, amount, currency and status, then open the record for details. A payment-provider success screen alone does not establish that credits have arrived: payment confirmation and credit delivery may still be in progress. Check your account balance and billing status before trying another purchase.

If Continue payment is available, use it to return to the verified checkout for the existing record. Use the status check when the result is unclear. Do not create repeated orders to resolve a delayed confirmation. Close an unfinished checkout only through the action offered on its record; closing an unpaid checkout does not refund a paid transaction or cancel an active membership. If the record requires review, contact support with its reference.

If billing management is available for your card-paid membership, open it to manage automatic renewal. Read the effective date before confirming cancellation. A receipt link appears when the payment provider can supply one; if unavailable, contact support with the billing reference. For duplicate charges, refund questions or inconsistent status, include the reference and a description of the problem. Never send passwords, email codes or full card details.
