Use the account that holds your downloads
The sign-in screen offers Google and email-code options when available, with username and password as another sign-in option. Use the same account when returning to purchased templates, balances and billing records. If you sign in and see an unexpected empty history, check the account identity before creating another account or buying credits again.
If an email code does not arrive
Check the address, spam folder and recent messages. Request a new code only after the resend wait shown on screen; repeated attempts can trigger a temporary limit. Use the latest code for the current sign-in flow and keep it private. If delivery still fails, contact support with the address and approximate request time, without sending the code itself.
Reset a password or request account changes
From password sign-in, use the password-reset entry. Enter your registered email address. If the account is eligible for a reset, you will receive a six-digit code; enter it and set a new password. A completed reset invalidates other sessions, so you may need to sign in again on another device. Responses avoid revealing whether an email has an account. For account deletion or data requests, use Contact; identity verification and necessary transaction or security record retention may apply.
FAQ
Does renaming my profile change my public link?
No. The public profile uses a stable identifier rather than your display name. Your private download history remains in your account; it is not shown as part of your public creator profile.
