Credit packs or membership: how to choose

For occasional downloads, compare permanent credit packs. If you download often, check whether a membership’s monthly allowance is enough for your downloads. Purchased download credits do not expire; membership credits have an expiry date. Check the current purchase page for prices and allowances, and each template’s detail page for its download credit cost. Memberships provide download credits; they do not make every paid template free or include commercial-use rights or AI editing tools. Membership credits are issued monthly, including on annual plans. You do not receive the full year’s allowance at once. Unused credits expire at the end of their monthly credit period and do not roll over. Downloads use the membership credits with the earliest expiry first, then permanent credits. Open My Credits to check your available balance and credit expiry dates, and use the billing page for your membership term and renewal information. Paying for a year does not make each monthly allowance valid for the whole year. Credits shown in past transactions may already have been spent or expired; use the current available balance.

USD card memberships paid through Stripe renew automatically on the monthly or annual cycle you choose. CNY memberships paid with WeChat Pay or Alipay have a fixed term and do not renew automatically; the available payment methods are shown at checkout. For a card membership, cancel automatic renewal through billing management before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Direct plan changes are currently unavailable. Before paying, check the total, currency and any applicable tax. If a payment is still processing or unconfirmed, check the original order on the billing page first. Do not treat an unconfirmed result as a failed payment and place another order.
