1. Service Description

Tesla Wrap Studio is a Tesla Paint Shop template-sharing platform. It provides template browsing, downloads, uploads, and practical setup guides. Please read and agree to these Terms before using the platform.

2. Account Registration

  • Public templates can be browsed without an account; downloads, uploads, favorites, top-ups, and withdrawals require sign-in
  • Provide true and accurate information during registration
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • Each user may register only one account; abuse such as point farming is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to ban accounts involved in violations

3. Points and Payment

Users can top up points through WeChat Pay or Alipay. Purchased points are credited after successful payment, can be viewed on the My Points page, and are used to download paid templates. Purchased points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn.

After joining the Creator Program, creators earn 50% of the points paid when other users download their paid templates. Creator points may be withdrawn, subject to the exchange rate and minimum threshold shown on the withdrawal page, and to admin review.

4. Content Rules

  • Uploaded templates must meet Tesla Paint Shop image requirements: PNG, 512-1024 px, and up to 1 MB
  • Template content must be legal and appropriate, and must not include illegal, sexual, violent, or politically sensitive content
  • Uploaded templates must pass admin review before public display
  • Creator Program members must upload original work or content they are legally authorized to use
  • The uploader is responsible for copyright or content disputes caused by their templates
  • The platform is not obligated to verify originality, and copyright disputes remain the uploader's responsibility

5. Intellectual Property

  • Platform interface design, code, and trademarks belong to the platform
  • Uploaded templates remain the intellectual property of their original creators
  • Users authorize the platform to display and distribute uploaded templates within the platform
  • Downloaded templates are for personal use only and may not be used commercially or redistributed

6. Disclaimer

  • The platform is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc.; Tesla and related marks are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.
  • Templates are provided for reference; actual results may vary by vehicle model and software version
  • The platform is not liable for vehicle issues caused by use of platform templates
  • The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may pause service for maintenance or upgrades
  • The platform is not liable for service interruption caused by force majeure

7. Violations

If a user engages in the following behavior, the platform may warn the user, remove content, or ban the account:

  • Uploading illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content
  • Manipulating points, downloads, or other metrics
  • Registering multiple accounts for abuse
  • Attacking the platform or interfering with other users
  • Other violations of these Terms

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and material changes may be communicated through platform notifications or email. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a claim before a competent court where the platform is located.
