Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Tesla Wrap Studio is a Tesla Paint Shop template-sharing platform. It provides template browsing, downloads, uploads, and practical setup guides. Please read and agree to these Terms before using the platform.

2. Account Registration

  • Public templates can be browsed without an account; downloads, uploads, favorites, top-ups, and withdrawals require sign-in
  • Provide true and accurate information during registration
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • Each user may register only one account; abuse such as point farming is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to ban accounts involved in violations

3. Points and Payment

Users can purchase credits using the payment methods available at checkout. Credits are credited after payment is confirmed, appear on the My Points page, and can be used for paid template downloads. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-withdrawable. For a duplicate charge, inconsistent payment status, or where applicable law requires otherwise, contact support; the outcome follows the verified transaction status and applicable law.

After joining the Creator Program, creators earn whole creator points at the revenue-share rate applicable to their account when another user downloads a paid template. This rate may vary by account or platform configuration; contact support to confirm the current rate. The calculation is rounded down to whole points, so a low-priced download may result in 0 creator points. Creator points may be withdrawn at the exchange rate and minimum threshold shown on the withdrawal page, subject to admin review. Creators must provide accurate payout details and are responsible for applicable taxes or fees; a payout may be paused while fraud, rights disputes, or incomplete details are reviewed.

4. Content Rules

  • Uploaded template images may be PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF, must be 512-1024 px on each side, and may be up to 3 MiB; the platform converts the image to PNG and requires the stored output to be no larger than 1 MiB
  • Template content must be legal and appropriate, and must not include illegal, sexual, violent, or politically sensitive content
  • Uploaded templates must pass admin review before public display
  • Creator Program members must upload original work or content they are legally authorized to use
  • The uploader is responsible for copyright or content disputes caused by their templates
  • The platform is not obligated to verify originality, and copyright disputes remain the uploader's responsibility

5. Intellectual Property

  • Platform interface design, code, and trademarks belong to the platform
  • Uploaded templates remain the intellectual property of their original creators
  • Users grant the platform a non-exclusive license limited to hosting, technically processing, displaying, and distributing uploaded templates through the platform; ownership does not transfer
  • After content is removed, the platform will stop new display and distribution; records retained as required by applicable law and downloads previously completed lawfully by other users are not affected
  • Downloaded templates are for personal use only and may not be used commercially or redistributed
  • Rights holders may submit a copyright notice through the Contact page with the work identified, the allegedly infringing page, the basis of the claim, and valid contact details; the platform may restrict or remove the content while reviewing it

6. Disclaimer

  • The platform is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc.; Tesla and related marks are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.
  • Templates are provided for reference; actual results may vary by vehicle model and software version
  • The platform is not liable for vehicle issues caused by use of platform templates
  • The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may pause service for maintenance or upgrades
  • The platform is not liable for service interruption caused by force majeure

7. Violations

If a user engages in the following behavior, the platform may warn the user, remove content, or ban the account:

  • Uploading illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content
  • Manipulating points, downloads, or other metrics
  • Registering multiple accounts for abuse
  • Attacking the platform or interfering with other users
  • Other violations of these Terms

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and material changes may be communicated through platform notifications or email. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a claim before a competent court where the platform is located.

11. Additional credit, membership, and renewal rules

  • Purchased credits never expire. Membership credits are issued monthly and expire at the end of their credit period. The earliest-expiring membership credits are spent before permanent credits.
  • USD card memberships through Stripe renew monthly or annually according to the selected cycle. You may cancel before the current paid period ends; cancellation takes effect at period end. CNY memberships paid through WeChat Pay or Alipay have a fixed term and do not renew automatically.
  • Direct plan changes are currently unavailable. Cancel renewal in Manage billing; your current plan remains active until the paid period ends, after which you can choose a new plan. Contact support if Manage billing is unavailable.
  • You have a membership or one awaiting confirmation. Check your billing before starting another membership.
  • Refunds or disputes revoke the related credits; credits already spent become credit debt.
  • Applicable tax is calculated by Stripe at checkout based on your location and is included in the final total shown before payment.
