Affiliate Agreement

Welcome to the Tesla Wrap Studio affiliate program. This agreement is a legal agreement between you and Tesla Wrap Studio regarding affiliate participation.

By joining the affiliate program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions. Do not join the program if you do not agree.

As an affiliate creator, you represent and agree that:

• All templates you upload are original work or legally authorized for your use
• Your work does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, portrait, privacy, or other legal rights
• You are fully responsible for the originality and legality of uploaded content
• You are responsible for disputes caused by template copyright or content issues

Uploaded templates must follow these rules and may not include:

• Graphic violence, gore, terror, cruelty, or other disturbing content
• Nudity, sexual suggestion, obscene material, or adult content
• Any content that may harm or negatively affect children
• Drugs, gambling, fraud, hate speech, or other illegal content
• Unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted works, portraits, or other protected content
• Misleading content or content likely to cause negative social impact

• When another user downloads your paid template, you receive 50% of the points paid as affiliate earnings
• Affiliate earnings are recorded as affiliate points in your account
• Affiliate points can be withdrawn according to the rate shown on the withdrawal page
• Exchange rates may change based on platform operations, but submitted withdrawal requests are not affected
• The minimum withdrawal threshold is shown on the withdrawal page
• The platform reserves the right to adjust revenue share and exchange rates

• The platform may review uploaded templates and decide whether to publish them
• The platform may remove violating content at any time without prior notice
• For serious violations, the platform may ban accounts and withhold unpaid earnings
• The platform may modify this agreement as needed for operations
• The platform is not obligated to verify template originality, and copyright disputes are not the platform's responsibility
• The platform provides technical services and is not responsible for the legality of user-uploaded content

• You may request to leave the affiliate program at any time
• After leaving, earned affiliate points may still be withdrawn if the minimum threshold is met
• If an account is banned for violations, all unwithdrawn affiliate points may be frozen

• Tesla Wrap Studio reserves the right to interpret this agreement
• If this agreement conflicts with another agreement, this agreement prevails
• The platform encourages original work and a healthy creator environment
